Lead Description
CONTRACT 1
We are interested in purchasing cotton (or in a cotton mixture) v-neck t-shirts for (gsm about 220) girls aged 12 to 16. Boys aged 8 to 14. We normally purchase 400, 000 units of each color and extend the order at a later date to all sizes. Quite obviously we cannot enter into a multi-million dollar contract without first seeing a good selection of samples in the target sizes. We offer a bonus $1 above the quoted price for v-neck as opposed to round neck t-shirts which we also purchase. To qualify for this contract we expect to receive at least 8 to 10 samples in the target sizes. They can be the same product in the same but preferably different colors. This applies with all 4 contracts We generally order what we see and seldom less than 40 to 220 different products from the same supplier. This is an ongoing contract and we will order from multiple suppliers, In 2005 we sold over 16 million t-shirts. We also are interested in single color up market polo shirts. In single colors-pastel colors and white are preferred. (They can be ribbed or comb) . The gsm should be about 300 gsm also in cotton or cotton mix. We are prepared to pay up to $3. 50 per unit for high quality children summer t-shirts
CONTACT 2
We order polos shirts in batches of 300, 000 units are target age is girls 12 to 16 without sleeves (blouse type) and boys aged 9 to 14. To qualify for the poloshirts contact we expect 5-8 samples in single colors with high gsm above 280gsm. Demand on an on going basis at the rate of output of plant is 200, 000 units. We are prepared to pay up to $7. 50 for high quality children's poloshirts
CONTRACT 3
Same as CONTRACT 1 but winter weight, long sleeve t-shirt. Higher300 gsm. To qualify 8 to 10 samples are required which can be the same products in the same but preferably different colors. Traget size is boys aged 8 to 13. We are prepared to pay up to $12. 50 for high quality winter weight t-shirts.
CONTRACT 4
Same as contract 2 but long sleeves and gsm above 300gsm. To qualify 8 to 10 samples are required which can be the same product but in the same but preferably different colors. Delivery at rate of output of suppliers. Demand is 600, 000 units. We are prepared to pay up to $15 for high quality winter weight poloshirts.
We realize the quantities are large than most suppliers out put. This is a 40 million dollar contract and increasing. We will allocate the contract to all suppliers that send us samples at the rate of out of the manufacturing plant on an ongoing basis.
This is a 78 million dollar contract for new suppliers only. All suppliers who send us acceptable samples per the specifications of the contracts will share in the contract. The contract will be allocated at the end of April. .
